1、 First, select the matching crimping die according to the wire diameter of the cable, and release the pressure relief valve, usually on the right side.
2、 After the insulation layer of the cable is stripped according to the crimping length of the copper (aluminum) pipe, the copper (aluminum) pipe is sheathed on the core wire with the insulation layer stripped.
3、 Put the hydraulic clamp of the selected crimping die on the end of the copper (aluminum) connecting pipe without a wiring nose, tighten the pressure relief switch, press the crimping die outward and start crimping until two crimping dies collide, and then relieve the pressure. Continue to crimp at the place close to the crimp joint. Generally, 4~5 crimp joints will be made, depending on the quality of your copper (aluminum) pipe.
4、 After crimping, use pliers or flat file to remove the burr generated by crimping, polish it smooth, and conduct insulation treatment!
